For Project Managers running engineering projects
PMScope brings together what usually gets scattered across emails, spreadsheets and chat apps: tasks, people, deadlines and who is on site. Built for electrical, automation, mechanical and procurement work.
The app
This is what PMScope looks like day to day. Pick any screen to enlarge it.
The same app on Android and in the browser — app.pmscope.pl, nothing to install. Your data stays in sync.
Sound familiar?
Decisions get lost in emails and chat apps.
A spreadsheet doesn't tell you who is doing what, and by when.
Nobody knows who is going to the client next week.
You're the last to hear about a delay.
Features
Open, in progress, closed. One button moves a topic forward, and the first journal entry starts the work automatically.
Click to change the status
Company-wide or specific to a project. You can see at once what a topic is about and what each person specialises in.
Deadlines, acceptances and topic due dates in a single month grid. Below it, presence strips show who is at the client's and when, and each strip's colour reveals the person's speciality.
Pick a day to see who is on site.
Tag someone in an entry and they get notified. Supports Markdown formatting, photos and PDF files.
Push to your phone and your browser. You decide what you want to hear about.
A project summary with topics and the calendar, ready to send to the client or print.
Pin your active project and the filters and the “+” button follow it automatically. Swipe a card to change its status, or add an entry without opening the topic.
How it works
Sign up and share the join code with your team. A short guided tour and a first-steps checklist walk everyone through it.
Choose the client, the PM, a start date and a deadline. Set the rules: who closes topics, and who adds events and presence.
Report, assign and close. The journal records what happened, while the Dashboard and the calendar show what's most urgent.
Who it's for
Works in the browser on desktop and mobile, and as an Android app.
